This blog was inspired by Jane Dunnewold's blog Daily Visuals, and my goal is to post a picture a day. This blog is also dedicated to my Mom who passed away five years ago today (Nov.30,2004). When I received my first camera about fifty years ago, I was reprimanded because I took a whole roll of film of "nothing" and it cost too much to get it developed. Well I'm still taking pictures of nothing, it doesn't cost anything to develop them now and I'm going to share them with you.
I don't always comment, but I always appreciate these photos. :)
ReplyDeleteneat photo! what are the red things on the ground? berries? where do you come up with red berries on the ground in winter? and in Idaho, yet! I'm jealous!!
ReplyDeleteThe berries are from a crab apple tree, they are small and stay on the trees until about the end of January. The birds then eat at them and they fall to the ground and make a big mushy mess. Even when we have an extremely mild winter like this one.
